Agenda for the Parliament's fall session

On 21 September 2018, the Speaker of Parliament approved the discussion order of the agenda for Parliament’s fall session. The fall session is scheduled to start on 1 October 2018 and conclude on 10 February 2019.


The following draft laws and resolutions will be discussed in the following sequence during the upcoming fall session:


1. draft law on the State Budget for 2019;

2. draft law on the Budget of the Social Insurance Fund for 2019;

3. draft law on the Budget of the Health Insurance Fund for 2019;

4. draft resolution on “Approving the Main Directions in respect of the State Monetary Policy for 2019”;

5. draft revised version of the General Taxation Law;

6. draft revised version of the Corporate Income Tax Law;

7. draft revised version of the Law on Promoting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises;

8. draft revised version of the Personal Income Tax Law;

9. draft law on Investment Banking;

10. draft amendments to the Law on the Government Special Funds;

11. draft amendments to the Public Procurement Law;

12. draft amendments to the Constitution of Mongolia;

13. draft law on the Election of Members of the State Great Khural (Parliament);

14. draft law on the Election of the President of Mongolia;

15. draft law on the Election of Citizens Representatives of Aimags, the Capital City, Soums and Districts;

16. draft amendments to the Law on Political Parties;

17. draft revised version of the Law on the Legal Status of the Capital City;

18. draft revised version of the Labour Law;

19. draft law on Promoting Reproductive Health;

20. draft amendments to the Criminal Code;

21. draft amendments to the Law on Administrative Infractions (Зөрчлийн тухай хууль);

22. draft law on the Compulsory Rehabilitation of People with Alcohol and Drug Addictions;

23. draft amendments to the Law on Water Pollution Fees;

24. draft revised version of the Law on Preventing from Crimes and Administrative Infractions; and

25. others.
