Mongolian Parliament’s plenary sessions were held between 27-29 June 2018. Parliament approved, among others, the following laws and resolutions:
resolution setting the date for a parliamentary by-election on 7 October 2018 to fill a vacancy arising due to the resignation by Mr. Gantulga Dorjdugar and relevant supporting resolutions;
amendments to the Law on Parliament Sessions Orders;
amendments to the State Policy on the Civil Aviation Sector until 2020; and
resolution on certain matters related to Tavan Tolgoi deposit.
Parliament also approved the agenda for the Parliament’s upcoming autumn session, but the agenda has not yet been publicly available.
The Parliament spring regular session has concluded on 29 June 2018. During the spring session, Parliament approved 17 laws, amendments to 67 laws, 2 laws ratifying international agreements, and 50 resolutions.
